Mark has 35 years' experience in corporate finance and private wealth management.
He started his career with Panmure Gordon in 1987, becoming a Director of Corporate Finance focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings. In 2000 he joined a private equity advisory business, before negotiating its sale to the US investment bank Jefferies in 2005. He left Jefferies in 2010 to found Cunningham Loewenstein Asset Management, which in 2012 became Holbein Partners LLP that Mark co-led and is now part of AlTi.
Mark sits on the Investment Committees of a number of large international family offices, which gives him valuable insight into strategic thinking for families around the world. Mark is also Chairman of the Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity.
