Welcome to the AlTi website available at www.alti-global.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by AlTi Global, Inc. (“AlTi”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”). AlTi Global, Inc. is a Delaware limited liability company.
If you continue to browse and use the Site, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”), which together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy govern our relationship with you in relation to the Site.
You should pay particular attention to the section called "Disclaimers of Liability", as this excludes or limits our legal liability in connection with your use of the Site.
Our aim is to provide useful resources to our users, however you should not rely on opinions or advice available on or through the Site.

2. Description of Site and disclaimer
The Site is designed to provide general information about AlTi and its affiliates (each an “AlTi Group Entity”), together with services provided by certain AlTi Group Entities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all content posted on the Site is for informational purposes only. Nothing contained in the Site constitutes investment, legal, accounting or tax advice and you should not consider any such information on the Site to be the same. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any part thereof), or to terminate or suspend your access thereto for any or no reason, with or without notice. 4. Intellectual Property Rights
a. Site Content and Software. You acknowledge and agree that the Site may contain images, graphics, information, text, content and other materials and features, including software underlying the Site (“Site Content”), that are protected by copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights and laws. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the AlTi Group Entities and their licensors. All Site Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
b. Trademarks. The trademarks, names and logos appearing on the Site are trademarks and service marks of the AlTi Group Entities and their licensors (collectively the “Trademarks”). Nothing in these Terms of Use or on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of the Trademarks, without our prior written permission in each instance. The Trademarks may not be used to disparage any AlTi Group Entity or licensor, products or services of any AlTi Group Entity or third party, or in any manner (using commercially reasonable judgment) that may damage any goodwill in the Trademarks. Use of any Trademarks as part of a link to or from any web site is prohibited without AlTi’s prior written consent. All goodwill generated from the use of the Trademarks will inure to the exclusive benefit of the AlTi Group Entities and their licensors.
5. Misuse of The Website
a. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. Whether inside or outside of the United States, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of your specific jurisdiction. You must not use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes, including, without limitation, by introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. In particular, you must not access without authority, interfere with damage or disrupt the Site or any part of it; any equipment or network on which the Site is stored; any software used in connection with the provision of the Site; or any equipment, software or website owned or used by a third party. You must not attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack.
b. The United States controls the export of products and information. You expressly agree to comply with such restrictions and not to export or re-export any of the Site Content to countries or persons prohibited under the export control laws. By downloading the Site Content, you are expressly agreeing that you are not in a country where such export is prohibited or are a person or entity for which such export is prohibited. You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of your specific jurisdiction regarding the import, export, or re-export of the Site Content.
c. The Site Content is provided with “RESTRICTED RIGHTS.” Use, duplication, or disclosure by the government is subject to the restrictions contained in 48 CFR 52.227-19 and 48 CFR 252.227-7013 et seq. or its successor. Use of the Site or Site Content by the government constitutes acknowledgement of our proprietary rights in the Site and Site Content.

a. Where the Site contains links to third party websites and resources, these links are strictly provided for your information only. To the extent such links contain any information about any AlTi Group Entity’s investment advisory services, AlTi and its affiliates have not reviewed, endorsed, approved, or involved itself with respect to the preparation of the information contained in these websites and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or content or for any loss or damage that may arise out of your use of them. When you access any other website you understand that it is independent from us and that we have no control over the content or availability of that website. Access to third party websites is entirely at your own risk. You should read any terms and conditions applying to the use of any third party website that you visit and address any complaints or queries relating to such websites to the operator of that website. Please be aware that a link to any other website does not mean that we endorse or approve of or accept any responsibility for the content, or the use of, such a website. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any information, advice, content or materials of any third party website, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any such content.

a. The provisions of this section 7 should be read carefully as they exclude or limit our legal liability in connection with your use of the Site.

ALTI, ITS AFFILIATES, THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “ALTI PARTIES“) MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SITE CONTENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ITS ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS OR RELIABILITY. THE ALTI PARTIES SHALL NOT BE SUBJECT TO LIABILITY FOR THE TRUTH, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SITE CONTENT OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION CONVEYED TO THE USER OR FOR ERRORS, MISTAKES OR OMISSIONS THEREIN OR FOR ANY DELAYS OR INTERRUPTIONS OF THE SITE CONTENT FROM WHATEVER CAUSE. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE THE SITE AND THE SITE CONTENT ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

THE ALTI PARTIES DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL OPERATE ERROR‑FREE OR THAT THE SITE, ITS SERVER, OR THE SITE CONTENT ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR SIMILAR CONTAMINATION OR DESTRUCTIVE FEATURES. IF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE SITE CONTENT RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING OR REPLACING EQUIPMENT OR DATA, NO ALTI PARTY SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE COSTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY ALTI PARTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR THE SITE CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF SUCH ALTI PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
e. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, IN SUCH STATES, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU OR BE ENFORCEABLE WITH RESPECT TO YOU, AND THE LIABILITY OF THE ALTI PARTIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We are unable to guarantee the confidentiality or security of any data passing via the Site. Accordingly, your use of the Site is at your own risk.
9. General Terms
These Terms of Use contain the entire agreement between us and you with respect to their subject matter. The AlTi Parties are entitled to rely on, and enforce these Terms of Use against you as if they were a party to them. Otherwise, a person who is not a party to these Terms of Use has no rights under them. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. Failure of any AlTi Group Entity to act on or enforce any provision of the Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision in this Agreement. No waiver shall be effective against an AlTi Group Entity unless made in writing, and no such waiver shall be construed as a waiver in any other or subsequent instance.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Delaware, without respect to its conflict of laws provisions. You expressly agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the City of Wilmington in the State of Delaware.
