Joseph Melican

Joseph is a Fiduciary Counsel and Wealth Planner with Tiedemann Trust Company. He has been assisting our clients with achieving their goals for over 20 years at Tiedemann Trust Company. Joseph is also Chair of the Trust Committee, member of the Audit Committee, and serves on the Board of Directors of Tiedemann Trust Company.

Prior to Tiedemann, Joseph worked at the Delaware Community Foundation, focusing on estate planning and philanthropy. He has also practiced pro bono for the Delaware Office of the Child Advocate.

Joseph is a member of the State Bar in both Delaware and New Jersey. He is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor and a member of several groups, including the American Bar Association, Wilmington Tax Group, and Estate Planning Council of Delaware. Joseph earned a Juris Doctor degree from Delaware Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University.
