Jennifer Ayer

Jennifer is a Managing Director and senior relationship manager with deep experience advising families and foundations on highly customized, purpose-driven wealth management strategies. From 2018 to 2025, Jennifer was co-lead of impact strategy. Jennifer is also a senior member of the firm’s business development team and is a regular contributor to the firm’s thought leadership and insights pieces. 

Jennifer works with clients seeking to align capital with their personal sets of values, and has an established practice advising female investors. Her past experience as a wealth manager and investor includes positions at Wetherby Asset Management, Venture Investment Associates and Wilmington Trust in New York.

A regular speaker at industry events, Jennifer is a member of the Investment Committee at United Religions Initiative, a nonprofit that fosters cooperation among different cultural and religious groups in communities around the world.
