Hayes Roberts

Hayes is a trust and estate expert with a long career spanning roles in law, finance and trust planning counsel. He has been serving clients for over two decades at Tiedemann Trust Company, based in Delaware, helping them take advantage of the state’s trust-friendly legal environment and in various wealth transfer strategies. Hayes is also a member of the Board of Directors of Tiedemann Trust Company.

Previously, Hayes worked for J.P. Morgan & Co. Inc., specializing in securities and helping international companies bring about new stock issues. He has also practiced law in Pennsylvania and worked in finance and accounting in both Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Hayes is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor and member of several organizations, including the state bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and the American Bar Association Tax and Estates Section. He is also a Grand Trustee of The Grand Opera House of Delaware and a member of the Investment Committee for the Delaware Community Foundation.

Hayes earned a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from Rider University.
