Norma Corio

Norma’s public company, banking and capital markets experience spans more than four decades and includes leadership positions at a number of blue-chip firms. Most recently, she was Senior Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets at One Equity Partners, arranging debt financing for portfolio companies.

Norma started her career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she held a variety of roles including Head of Restructuring in the firm’s Investment Banking division, as well as Treasurer during the 2008 financial crisis. She then served as Co-President of Miller Buckfire, a Stifel company, and later joined American Express Global Business Travel, as Chief Financial Officer.

Norma serves on the boards of multiple public and private companies, including Chair of the Audit Committees for Finance of America Companies, Inc., and Omni Environmental Solutions, Inc., and Chair of the Compensation Committee for Wood Technology, Inc. Additional board positions include Cicor Technologies and Bibliotheca Group. 

Norma holds an MBA in banking and finance from Pace University and a B.A. in economics from LeMoyne College.
