Hazel McNeilage

Hazel McNeilage’s global career includes executive roles across five continents at several organizations within and adjacent to investment management. These include Liberty Life Association of Africa and Towers, Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson), where she was Head of Investment Consulting for Australia & Asia Pacific. More recently, she held executive roles at Principal Financial Group, including global head of distribution and head of international investments, Queensland Investment Corporation, where she was Head of Funds Management, and Northern Trust Asset Management, where she served as Managing Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Hazel sits on the board and chairs the Human Capital and Compensation Committee at NYSE listed Reinsurance Group of America, as well as serving on the board of NYSE listed Everest. She is a Board Leadership Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors, a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries both in the U.K. and in Australia, and a recipient of cybersecurity certificates from Carnegie Melon University and Harvard University.
