Philanthropy & Impact

For clients seeking to translate capital into impact, we provide guidance on philanthropy and mission investing, designing strategies to maximize both financial and societal returns. We guide clients through a journey to define their giving motivations, values, focus areas, and preferences, creating appropriate charitable vehicles and defining desired impact. Our team then builds solutions that seek to deliver measurable social and environmental outcomes.

Strategies are carefully aligned with your personal goals and values, using philanthropic grant making, impact investing or a combination of both to pursue the impact you want to make in the world.

A comprehensive process for realizing impact

Our process is designed to make strategic giving as meaningful and effective as possible for our clients. We take pride in helping clients define their intended impact, choose the appropriate vehicle, and create a governance framework that supports decision making today and in the future.

  • Explore & create sound philanthropic investment strategies
Provide general operating support and capacity building, as well as explore the full range of strategies, including venture philanthropy, comprehensive community initiatives and traditional, charitable giving.
  • Conduct research & due diligence
Formalize process and deliverables for due diligence of potential grant recipients. Engage in research and site visits to vet grantees. Present research and recommendations to board.
