César Pachon has nearly three decades of experience in the family wealth industry.

Prior to joining AlTi, César served as a founding partner and advisor at a Miami-based multi-family office. He has extensive experience of working with internationally connected families to help manage both their financial and non-financial needs. He has served on several Investment and Implementation Committees.

Earlier in his career, César worked in investment banking and financial services, including roles at Merrill Lynch in New York, Goldman Sachs and Warren Capital in London, and Banco Mercantil in Colombia.

César holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia, an MBA from London Business School, and a Capital Markets degree from New York University Stern School of Business.
